Fun Luv'n Travel Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with your booking or payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due by the supplier’s deadline. Missed payments may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment. If you decline coverage, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss due to trip interruptions, cancellations, medical needs, or emergencies.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or entry documentation. Fun Luv’n Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Email is our primary method of communication. Please provide a valid email address, check it regularly, and notify us of any changes to your contact info.

Fun Luv’n Travel acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers (such as airlines, cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators) and does not own or operate any travel services. We provide advisory services, but final travel decisions and risks rest with you, the traveler.

Fun Luv’n Travel is not liable for the acts, omissions, or errors of third-party suppliers or for any personal injury, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or other loss that may occur during your travel. We are also not responsible for changes made by the supplier, including itinerary adjustments, schedule changes, or service disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Luv’n Travel’s total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of commission actually received by Fun Luv’n Travel for the specific travel booking giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Fun Luv’n Travel be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier. Many bookings involve non-refundable deposits or payments. Refunds, if any, are issued based on the supplier's policy and timeline. Fun Luv’n Travel does not charge cancellation fees but is not responsible for supplier penalties or delays in refunds.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or acts of war, that affect travel plans.

Fun Luv’n Travel operates as an Independent Affiliate of InteleTravel.com. Your booking is also subject to InteleTravel’s terms and conditions, along with those of each travel supplier involved. These may include additional cancellation rules, refund restrictions, and change fees.

Your personal information is used exclusively for planning and managing your travel. We respect your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection laws.
