Terms and Conditions for Travel Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of travel services provided by Aspired Sojourns and/or Michelle Joan Souza, hereinafter referred to as "the Agency".

1. Booking Process

1.1. By making a booking with the Agency, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Bookings can be made via the Agency's website, mobile app, telephone, e-mail, or in person at an agreed location.

1.3. The client must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

1.4. The client must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for travel services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

2.2. Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

2.3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

2.4. If the quoted prices decreases by any amount, or increases by less than 5%, The Agency will proceed with the booking without seeking additional payment authorisation.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

3.1. Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the travel service booked and are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.

3.2. The Agency reserves the right to charge cancellation or amendment fees as per the service provider's policy.

4. Travel Documents

4.1. The client is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up-to-date.

4.2. The Agency will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the client's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. The Agency strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

6. Liability

6.1. The Agency acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence on the part of these third-party providers.

6.2. The Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the provision of travel services.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The Agency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of travel services due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, and government regulations.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The client's continued use of the Agency's services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
