Ter​​ms and Conditions for Charging a Change Fee and Planning Fees - Wave of a Wand Travel Definition​​s

• "Customer" refers to the individual or entity booking travel arrangements through Wave of a Wand Travel
• "Change Fee" refers to the fee charged by Wave of a Wand Travel for alterations made to a confirmed travel itinerary
• "Planning Fee" refers to the fee charged by Wave of a Wand Travel for the creation, modification, or customization of travel itineraries

Change Fee Policy

• Any changes requested by the Customer after the booking has been confirmed may be subject to a Change Fee
• The Change Fee amount, if applicable, will be communicated to the Customer at the time of the request
• The Change Fee is in addition to any other applicable fare difference or fees charged by airlines, hotels, or other service providers

Change Eligibility and Fee Incursion

• Not all bookings are eligible for changes. The eligibility for changes is subject to the terms and conditions set by airlines, hotels, and other service providers
• Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions of their booking prior to requesting any changes

Change Fee Amount

• The Change Fee amount may vary depending on the type of change requested, the service provider's policies, and other factors determined by your Wave of a Wand Travel Agent
• For cancellations or changes made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a fee of up to $175.00 will be incurred
• For cancellations or changes made 60 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, a fee of up to 4% of the total booking value will be incurred
• The current Change Fee rates are available upon request and are subject to change without prior notice.

Planning Fees

• Wave of a Wand Travel may charge Planning Fees for the creation, modification, or customization of travel itineraries
• One iteration of itineraries will be complimentary. Any additional requests for quotes or changes to a booked itinerary beyond the first iteration will be subject to a Planning Fee of up to $50.00 per request
• The specific Planning Fee amount and details will be communicated to the Customer at the time of the request or booking

Payment of Change Fee and Planning Fee

• The Change Fee and Planning Fee must be paid in full before any changes to the booking are processed
• Failure to pay the Change Fee or Planning Fee may result in the cancellation of the change request or planning service, respectively, and the forfeiture of any amounts already paid

No Refunds for Change or Planning Fees

• Change Fees and Planning Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the change or any subsequent cancellations made by the Customer
• Customers are responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred as a result of the requested changes, including but not limited to fare differences, penalties, or fees imposed by service providers

Limitation of Liability

• Wave of a Wand Travel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of changes to the booking, including but not limited to missed flights, denied boarding, or other travel disruptions
• Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate changes to their travel plans

Acceptance of Terms

• By requesting changes to a confirmed booking or utilizing planning services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the Change Fee and Planning Fee policy and all other terms and conditions set forth herein

Amendments to Terms

• Wave of a Wand Travel reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America

By booking with Wave of a Wand Travel, the Customer agrees to the above terms and conditions regarding Change Fees and Planning Fees.
