Ntaba African Safaris Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Ntaba African Safaris are non-refundable and non-transferable. Because international programs require extensive long-term planning and upfront costs, the following terms apply to all bookings:

• Written Notice Required: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ntabaafrica.com.
• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for land arrangements or intra-Africa flights once purchased.
• Involuntary Cancellations: Ntaba African Safaris reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure due to circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, payments remain non-refundable, and clients are encouraged to submit a claim through their travel insurance.

Failure to adhere to the following non-refundable payment schedule may result in automatic itinerary cancellation:

• Initial Deposit: 25% of total land cost (or 10% if booked 12+ months out).
• 9 Months Prior: Additional 15% payment due.
• 4 Months Prior: Second payment of 30% due.
• 2 Months Prior: Final balance due.

• Intra-Africa flights are 100% non-refundable once purchased. Any changes after issuance are subject to penalties up to 100% of the ticket price plus Ntaba change fees.

Important: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive Travel Insurance within 14 days of your initial deposit to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
