HavenWood Travel Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Deposit

A deposit of per person is required to secure a place on the trip.

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that the trip does not reach the minimum number

of participants required to operate.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and a written confirmation is sent.

Minimum Group Size: This trip requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the

minimum is not reached, clients will be offered a full refund of the deposit.

2. Pricing

All prices are based on current supplier rates and availability.

As this trip is planned in advance, final pricing, hotels, and specific suppliers are subject to

Reconfirmation prior to final booking.

Any adjustments will be communicated before the final balance is due.

All payments are processed in euros (€).

3. Payment Schedule

Deposit: required at time of booking

All remaining deposits to be arranged depending on the trip items

Final balance: due prior to departure (exact date to be confirmed)

4 . Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation:

Deposit → non-refundable

90+ days before departure → loss of deposit and any non-refundable items

70 –89 days → 50% of total trip cost

45 –69 days → 75% of total trip cost

Less than 45 days → 100% non-refundable
