Southwest Adventure Tours Cancellation Policy

Tour Cancellation: If the complete tour is cancelled 90 - 45 days prior to departure, any non-refundable costs paid to suppliers and vendors will be forfeited. If the complete tour is cancelled less than 45 days prior to departure, all payments made by the client are non-refundable.

Individual Cancellations: Individual passenger reservations cancelled up to 45 days prior to departure, are 100% refundable, minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of departure.

Acts of God: In the event that a tour is affected by an act of God such as a natural disaster including fire, flood, weather, earthquakes, etc., or man-made disasters such as government shutdowns or unrest, hostilities, war or civil unrest, Southwest Adventure Tours may, at its sole discretion, agree to other refunds which will come in the form of credits that may be applied to future tours with Southwest Adventure Tours. These credits must be applied within 24 months of cancellation.
