Unique Vacations Cancellation Policy

This reservation is part of a contracted group and is subject to the group's cancellation terms, which differ from those applicable to standard individual reservations.

Cancellation penalties are based on the total cost of the canceled reservation and are as follows:

• 91 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation penalty.
• 90–75 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total reservation cost is non-refundable.
• 74–46 days prior to arrival: 45% of the total reservation cost is non-refundable.
• 45 days or less prior to arrival (including no-shows): 100% of the total reservation cost is non-refundable.

Cancellation penalties apply regardless of the payment schedule selected. Failure to make payments by the required due dates may result in cancellation of the reservation and applicable cancellation penalties.

Guests who purchase travel protection may be eligible for reimbursement of covered cancellation penalties for eligible reasons. Please refer to your travel protection policy for complete terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
