Ghana Group Land Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations from time of deposit to 150 days before departure (Jun 8, 2026) will receive a refund of amount paid minus a 15% processing fee and minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. Cancellation request must be submitted via email.

• Cancellations from 149 days and up to 100 days before departure will receive a refund of 15% of the total amount minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. (Jun 9, 2026). Cancellation request must be submitted via email.

• Cancellations from 99 days or less prior to departure 100% non-refundable. (July 29, 2026). Cancellation request must be submitted via email.

Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions.
