Cancellation of Airline Tickets: Once airfare is paid in full, either at time of booking for Instant Purchase Airfare or at time of full payment for Gate 1 Airfare, airline tickets will be issued. Issued tickets are subject to airline assessed cancellation and change fees and any non-refundable government taxes. If a cancellation is a result of a tour suspension or Cancel for Any Reason waiver benefit, issued ticket value will be converted into a Future Air Credit which can be used to book the same airline with a Gate 1 tour. Deadlines to rebook and complete travel vary by airline and may be as early as 12 months from when the ticket was originally issued (not the date of travel). Some non-refundable airline tickets may retain value toward new tickets, less airline-assessed fees, while others will forfeit all value. Future Air Credits may also be subject to additional airline rules including limited travel periods and eligible destinations.

Special Events & Products: Cancellation penalties may differ for special events and custom groups and will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.
