AMT Tours Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to AMT Tours.

💳 Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

If a traveler cancels their participation in the tour, any refundable amounts beyond the non-refundable deposit will be determined based on the cancellation schedule for that specific tour and any unrecoverable costs incurred by AMT Tours from airlines, hotels, transportation providers, guides, or other suppliers.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Unused tour services
• Missed flights or transfers
• Early departure from the tour
• Missed sightseeing, meals, or accommodations
• Failure to obtain required travel documentation

🛡️ Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect against financial loss due to cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

AMT Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, force majeure events, safety concerns, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, travelers will receive a refund of amounts paid to AMT Tours, less any non-recoverable supplier costs, or may elect to transfer funds to a future tour when available.

By submitting a registration and deposit, travelers acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
