Unique Vacations Cancellation Policy

  • $1200.00 deposit is non-refundable.
  • 181 days (5/16/27) or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for cancellation minus the $1,200.00 deposit
  • Between 180 (5/17/27) and 121 (7/16/27) days prior to group arrival, any rooms cancelled will be charged 40% of full room revenue.
  • Between 120 (7/17/27) and 61 (9/14/27) days prior to group arrival, any rooms cancelled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charged 75% of full room revenue.
  • Within 60 (9/15/27) days of the scheduled arrival date, any rooms canceled within 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of full room revenue.
