Cancellation Policy:
We hope nothing will come between you and your Uniworld vacation. However, should you need to cancel your booking—or any portion of it—your cancellation must be submitted in writing to cancel@uniworld.com and will become effective on the date of receipt.

Cancellation fees are assessed per person and are in addition to any penalties that may be imposed by airlines, travel advisors, or other third parties. There are no refunds for unused services or for any unused portion of your trip.

If a guest traveling as part of a booking cancels and the cancellation results in a change to the room configuration (for example, from double to single occupancy), the remaining guest is responsible for any additional costs associated with the revised room type.

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled departure for any reason are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty, applicable to all products.

If you purchased a Uniworld Travel Protection Plan, you may cancel your plan and receive a full refund of the plan cost during the 10-day “free look” period, provided that all of the following are true:

• You are within 10 days of purchasing the plan
• You have not yet started your trip
• You have not filed a claim

Air Cancellation Terms:
If you, as the Passenger, cancel your air arrangements within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for airfare.

After the initial 24-hour period:

• If you cancel your air 120 days or more prior to departure, the air deposit of $450 per person becomes non-refundable.
• If you cancel your air 119 days or less prior to departure, the full cost of the airfare is non-refundable.

Guest names must match their valid passport or other government-issued identification; name changes may incur fees and, after ticketing, may require cancellation and rebooking in accordance with airline specifications.
