Polar Star Travel Cancellation Policy

Your $1,050 deposit (30% of the package price) is non-refundable under any circumstances if you cancel, for any reason — including illness, a change in treatment plan, travel disruption, or a simple change of mind. The one exception is if the Organizer is the one who cancels the Retreat in which case the deposit is refunded in full along with any other payments made.
