UVI Cancellation Policy

• All bookings made as of Dec. 1, 2022, will now require full payment 60 days prior to

arrival (unless otherwise specified under special deposit/ payment)

• Bookings cancelled/revised within 50-36 days prior to arrival, will be subject to 50%

penalty of land portion

• Cancellations/ revisions made within 35 days or less prior to arrival, will be subject to

100% penalty of land portion

The following categories have special deposits that are non-refundable/ nontransferable to a lower category at time of booking

o All “Over-the-Water bungalows/Villas” have a $2500 deposit; Poolside & Seaside

Bungalows have a $1000 deposit.
