Avalon Waterways Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

• Before Final Payment Date: Loss of non-refundable deposit, air deposits, and any travel protection fees paid.
• Final Payment Date to 30 Days Before: 50% of the total trip cost.
• 29 to 1 Days Before Departure: 80% of the total trip cost.
• Day of Departure or Later: 100% of the total trip cost (no refund).
• Additional Excursions: 100% fee if canceled less than 11 days before the vacation.
