Riviera Travel Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, your deposit is non-refundable. 

If you choose to cancel, we must receive written notice of said cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or email sent to info@rivieratravel.com (with a confirmation of receipt from us).  

• Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will be required to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below. The amount of the cancellation fee depends upon the date when the written notice of cancellation is received by us. 
• 100% cancellation fee for no shows or if cancellation is made after travel is scheduled to begin 
• Riviera charges a $20 administration fee on all cancellation and changes, including name and date changes.  
• No refund for unused portions of the trip. 

Furthermore, you acknowledge that some parts of the vacation may be operated by a third party and are subject to other deposit requirements, cancellation fees and terms and conditions that may vary from the changes/cancel fees stated above. 

If a flight, rail, or other delay for any reason prevents you from joining the Cruise on the scheduled start date, you will be considered a no-show, and we cannot provide a full or partial refund or credit toward a future cruise, but you may join the cruise late if you wish, provided you contact Riviera prior to the start of the cruise. Additional costs of joining the cruise late, including alternative transportation charges, are the sole expense of traveler. Supplier cancellation fees may be assessed in addition to the change/cancel fees stated above. 

Cancellation Fees:

From deposit to 101 days before the cruise start date – The per person deposit will be forfeited.

• From 100 to 61 days before the cruise start date – 50% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• From 60 to 31 days before the cruise start date – 75% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• From 30 to 15 days before the cruise start date – 85% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• 14 days or less before the cruise start date – 100% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• Any additional items including airport transfers may be non-refundable.
