Cancellation policy:

More than 120 days | No cancellation fee | |
90 - 120 days | 15% | Any third-party costs (Flight, Hotels and Transfer) will be charged to the agent / guest for changes made to a booking after 120 days |
89 - 60 days | 50% | Any third-party costs (Flight, Hotels and Transfer) will be charged to the agent / guest for changes made to a booking after 120 days |
59 - 30 days | 75% | Any third-party costs (Flight, Hotels and Transfer) will be charged to the agent / guest for changes made to a booking after 120 days |
Less than 30 days | 100% | Any third-party costs (Flight, Hotels and Transfer) will be charged to the agent / guest for changes made to a booking after 120 days |
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received within 29 days of sailing, no shows, or
for guests who do not complete their cruise.
• Cancellation charges are calculated based on gross total fares paid to HX for all trip
components.
• Partial cancellation will result in the application of the above penalties to the persons who
have cancelled, and the remaining passengers being charged the applicable prices for
the revised number of passengers in the cabin.
• Any third-party costs arising from passenger name changes made within 120 days of the
sailing date shall be paid in full by client. HX nor the travel advisor shall not be liable for any such costs.
