Virgin Voyages Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and become converted into Future Voyage Credit prior to final payment, which is due 120 days before the voyage.

• Up to 120 days prior to the voyage, a Future Voyage Credit for the deposit amount will be issued. Taxes, fees, and bookables will be refunded.
• Between 120 and 45 days prior to sailing, a 100% Future Voyage Credit for any voyage fare paid. Taxes, fees, and bookables will be refunded.
• Between 44 -0 days prior to sailing, all monies paid will be forfeited. However, the reservation may be transferred or names changed. Change Fee May Apply.
