ikos RESORTS Cancellation Policy

According to our flexible cancellation policy, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, or amend your reservation dates, provided this is done 31 days or more prior to the arrival date.

For cancellations or amendments received less than 31 days before the arrival date, our cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations or amendments received in the period of 30 to 21 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed price of the reservation.

Cancellations or amendments received in the period of 20 to 8 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed price of the reservation.

Cancellations or amendments received in the period of 7 to 0 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total agreed price of the reservation.

Early departure or no-show bookings are also subject to a fee of 90% of the total of the remaining value of the booking or of the unused room(s).
