$250 per person deposit is non refundable.

CIE travel protection plan (If purchased) is non refundable.

Land Cancellation Penalties:

*All cancellations must be advised in writing.

-Between time of booking and 99 days prior to departure - $250 per person for those booked with the optional early booking

discount only

-Between 99 and 66 days prior to departure - Group deposit plus $250 per person

-Between 65 and 16 days prior to departure - 30% per person

-Between 15 and 8 days prior to departure - 50% per person

-Between 7 and 1 day prior to departure - 90% per person

-On day of departure - 100% per person
