Unique Vacations Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Rooms, Room Nights or Guests):

91 days or more prior to the group’s arrival date; there will be no fee for any cancellation.

Any cancellation between 90 and 75 days prior to the group’s arrival date; the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable.

Within 74 - 46 days prior to the group’s arrival date, 45% of full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation.

Any cancellation or “NO SHOW” within 45 days prior to group’s arrival date will be charged 100% penalty of the full room revenue.
