Classic Vacations Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Group tickets are non-refundable. Cancelled tickets are valid for one year from the original ticket issue date.

Passenger must complete travel before the ticket expiration date.

Note:

* Fares are subject to increase without notice, (i.e. fuel, taxes, airline, and airport surcharges).
*Please note, seat assignments are never guaranteed by the carrier

Secure Flight Data:

Under the Secure Flight program, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires the airline and Classic Vacations to collect Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD). This includes a passenger's full name (as it appears on their government-issued ID they plan to travel with), date of birth, gender, and TSA issued Redress Number (if applicable). Please verify the exact spelling of each passenger's name as it appears on their government issued identification and passport. Name corrections may result in loss of specific flight inventory, increased pricing, and penalties.

** TICKET REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATION **

Tickets will be NON-REFUNDABLE once issued. Changes will be subject to a change fee plus any fare difference.
