Virgin Voyages Cancellation Policy

120+ days before sailing:  Deposits convert to Future Voyage Credit; all other payments are refunded.

119–45 days before sailing: All voyage fare payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees), but will be transferred to Future Voyage Credit.

44 days or less before sailing: All voyage fare payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees). Only secondary Sailors (not Sailor #1) may be changed.
