Riverside Luxury Cruises Cancellation Policy

Before December 31, 2025

If we are able to sell out the entire ship, a refund of the 15% deposit may be issued minus a $1000 administrative fee per suite.

January 1, 2026 - April 30, 2026

If we are able to sell out the entire ship, a refund of up to 65% of the cruise fare may be issued minus a $1500 administrative fee per cabin.

On or After May 1, 2026

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date.

We will make every effort to sell out the entire ship; if successful, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus applicable administrative fees.
