Winkaffe Global Travel Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration, Agency retains a percentage of your list price, before any discount, according to the date Agency receives your cancellation in writing. The retention for each Event is stated in that Event’s materials. Unless the Event Materials state otherwise, the retention is:

• On or before the first retention date: 10 percent of the list price.
• After the first retention date and on or before the second: 25 percent of the list price.
• After the second retention date and on or before the final payment date: 50 percent of the list price.
• After the final payment date: no refund. All payments are forfeited.

Agency refunds the balance of what you have paid, in U.S. Dollars, against the payments you made. The retention is set by the date of your cancellation, not by the date or the method of your payments, so paying early or paying in full does not change it.

Any planning fees included in Event registration are non-refundable in all cases. If you are dismissed from the Event under Section D, no refund is due.

Because travel insurance is required, Agency will assist you in submitting a claim to your insurer for the amount you have forfeited, subject to the terms of your policy.
