Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Flights can be cancelled up to 45 minutes before departure by going to the ‘Trips’ tab of the Air Canada homepage. Exception: Aeroplan flight rewards must be cancelled no later than 2 hours before departure.
