CANCELLATION TERMS

45 days and more prior departure - loss of deposit plus agency cancellation fee.

44 to 29 days prior departure - 50% penalty of total price per passenger

28 to 0 days prior departure - 100% non-refundable

Cancellation fees are liquidated damages to compensate Air Canada Vacations for prepayments made on advance booking of travel services, and for administrative costs involved in processing a cancellation. Total price due and/or paid to Air Canada Vacations

If a change is made to room occupancy and results in a higher rate, the remaining travellers are responsible for the rate applicable for the revised occupancy.
