Celebrity Cruises Cancellation Policy

Cruise and CruiseTour reservations canceled by the guest prior to sailing, or before the first day of a CruiseTour, may be subject to cancellation charges based on how far in advance notice is received by the operator. For cruises of 1 to 4 nights, cancellations are free beyond 75 days except for nonrefundable deposits, increase to 50 percent from 74 to 61 days, 75 percent from 60 to 31 days, and 100 percent within 30 days. For cruises of 5 to 14 nights, no charge applies beyond 90 days except for nonrefundable deposits, then 25 percent from 89 to 75 days, 50 percent from 74 to 61 days, 75 percent from 60 to 31 days, and 100 percent within 30 days. For cruises of 15 nights or more, no charge applies beyond 120 days except for nonrefundable deposits, then 25 percent from 119 to 75 days, 50 percent from 74 to 61 days, 75 percent from 60 to 31 days, and 100 percent within 30 days. All Galapagos cruises follow a separate schedule with penalties beginning at 10 percent from 149 to 121 days and increasing to 100 percent within 30 days. All river cruises are subject to a $100 administrative fee beyond 120 days except for nonrefundable deposit fares, then penalties ranging from 25 percent to 100 percent as departure approaches, applied to both cruise and any pre or post cruise components. Different policies may apply for bookings made outside the United States. Guests who cancel a Land Tour portion of a CruiseTour while keeping the cruise are subject to separate charges based on timing, location, and length, with specific amounts governed by Celebrity Cruises and applicable tour terms.
