Celestyal Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing and receipt will be acknowledged by Celestyal.

1. 120+ Days Before Departure: Full refund of deposit.
2. 119–60 Days Before Departure: Loss of deposit.
3. 59–30 Days Before Departure: 50% cancellation fee.
4. 29 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee.

No refund for no-shows, incomplete cruises, or cancellations
