Club Med - Passport 2 Pickleball Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY – Passport 2 Pickleball Retreats at Club Med
All cancellations must be made in writing to retreats@passport2pickleball.com. The date we receive your written cancellation is the date used below.
NON-REFUNDABLE
- The $500 deposit is non-refundable but transferable.
- The $100 administrative fee and travel insurance premiums are non-refundable.
DEPOSIT TRANSFER OPTIONS Instead of a refund, you may:
- Transfer your spot to another guest up to 60 days before arrival. The new guest must accept our Terms & Conditions and meet all retreat requirements, including travel insurance and the activity waiver. Club Med charges a $30 fee for name changes within 30 days of arrival.
- Apply your deposit as a one-time credit toward a Passport 2 Pickleball retreat departing within 12 months of your original retreat's start date. Credits apply only to the Passport 2 Pickleball portion, have no cash value and cannot be transferred again. Requests must be made in writing before or at the time you cancel.

PASSPORT 2 PICKLEBALL PROGRAM PAYMENTS (after your deposit)
- 96 days or more before the retreat: any program payments made beyond the deposit are refunded
- 95 to 66 days before the retreat: 25% forfeited, 75% refunded
- 65 to 51 days before the retreat: 50% forfeited, 50% refunded
- 50 days or less before the retreat: 100% forfeited, no refund

CLUB MED RESORT STAY (paid directly to Club Med)
- 91 days or more before arrival: no penalty
- 90 to 61 days before arrival: 25% of accommodation
- 60 to 46 days before arrival: 50% of accommodation
- 45 days or less before arrival: 100%, non-refundable
Club Med membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds are given for unused services, meals, clinics or activities, including late arrival or early departure. If proof of the required travel insurance is not provided by the due date, no refund will be issued.
