What is the cancellation policy?

To reserve your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. The final payment/balance is required by July 15, 2026. 

Cancellation policy:

• More than 120 days prior to departure loss of non-refundable deposit 
• 120 to 60 days prior to departure 75% non-refundable
• 60 days or less prior to departure 100% non-refundable

The purchase of cancellation and out-of-province medical insurance is strongly recommended. Feel free to ask for a quote.
