Group/Charter Cancellation Policy

This sailing is a bundled cruise and hosted special event package organized by High Seas Cruise Co. (“HSCC”) in partnership with Margaritaville at Sea (“MVAS”).

Submission of payment constitutes agreement to this Cancellation Policy.

Final payment for this sailing is due September 20, 2027.

This Special Event Sailing is fully non-refundable from the time of booking.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• No cancellations are permitted.
• No name changes are permitted.
• All payments are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

This reservation is sold as a bundled cruise and event package. Cruise fare and hosted programming access are not separately refundable.

Margaritaville at Sea maintains a published cancellation policy governing standard cruise bookings. However, this Special Event Sailing is contractually structured as non-refundable.

Under MVAS policy, cancellation penalties may escalate as the sailing date approaches and may reach 100% of the cruise fare after final payment. For this bundled event sailing, all payments are treated as fully non-refundable regardless of timing.

After September 20, 2026, 100% of all funds are forfeited.

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for:

• Failure to obtain proper travel documentation
• Denied boarding by the cruise line
• Failure to board the vessel
• Failure to attend specific hosted events
• Inability to access limited-capacity events
• Removal from cruise or events due to misconduct
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Illness, injury, or personal emergencies

A minimum of 75 cabins must be booked for the hosted programming to proceed. If the minimum threshold is not met and HSCC cancels the hosted event sailing, refunds will be issued consistent with applicable agreements at that time.

Because this sailing is fully non-refundable, guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays.

By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge the risk of losing 100% of your investment.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that this booking is fully non-refundable and governed by this Cancellation Policy and the associated Terms and Conditions.
