Sunwing Cancellation Policy 

60 days or more prior to departure - deposit is non-refundable

59-21 days prior to departure - 50% non-refundable 

20 days prior to departure 100% non-refundable

Name Change Conditions: 

90+ days prior to departure, $100**

89 to 60 days prior to departure, $150 per name**

59 to 21 days prior to departure, $300 per name**

21 days prior to departure and thereafter, full cancellation penalties apply.

**Name changes ONLY if permitted by the resort

Correcting a name includes:

A first or last name correction involving less than three characters 

A legal name change

A married name change

A missing name detail, such as a middle name

Refunds are not issued for bookings cancelled by you or Sunwing Vacations resulting from an act of God or an event of Force Majeure.
