Riviera River Cruise Line Cancellation Policy

Payment and Cancellation Terms:

Payment conditions:

• We do require a $600.00 per person deposit, within 8 weeks of the initial reservation.

• The final balance due date will be 101 days before the cruise start date.

Cancellation fees:

• From deposit to 101 days before the cruise start date – The $600 per person deposit will be forfeited.

• From 100 to 61 days before the cruise start date – 50% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• From 60 to 31 days before the cruise start date – 75% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• From 30 to 15 days before the cruise start date – 85% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• 14 days or less before the cruise start date – 100% of the cruise fare will be forfeited.

• Any additional items including airport transfers may be non-refundable.

Booking Conditions:

• Name changes are accepted without penalty, until 30 days prior to the cruise start date. A $50 per person amendment fee will apply for any name changes within 30 days of the cruise start date.
