GAdventures Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 60 days or more prior to departure (2/16/2027) = Deposit paid will become a Lifetime Deposit (LTD) and stay on file in your name to use on a G Adventures trip in the future.
• Cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to departure (2/17/2027 - 3/17/2027) = LTD + 50% loss of final payment
• Cancellation within 30 days of departure (3/18/2027 - 4/18/2027) = LTD + 100% loss of final payment

Important Note regarding Group: Minimum group size matters. Collective Journeys departures require a minimum number of travelers. If we haven’t reached that minimum by December 19, 2026, the trip may be cancelled. For that reason, please wait to purchase international airfare until I let you know the trip is officially confirmed. If you’re ready to commit but we’re still short on numbers as we get close, I’ll reach out with the best options available. I work directly with the tour supplier, so cancellation is unlikely, but possible.
