Tradecraft Travel Cancellation Policy

Tradecraft Travel Planning Fee. The total trip price includes Kensington Tours’ supplier rate plus a separate Tradecraft Travel planning fee. This fee compensates Tradecraft Travel for the research, itinerary design, subject-matter development, pre-trip content, expert coordination, and other advisory services used to create the Dead Drops & Double Agents experience. The Tradecraft Travel planning fee will be collected at the time of final payment and is separate from amounts paid to Kensington Tours. Because this fee covers professional planning and advisory services already performed or committed by that stage, it is nonrefundable once paid, including in the event of client cancellation, supplier cancellation penalties, schedule changes, or any other reason, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Kensington’s own cancellation terms apply separately to the supplier portion of the trip cost.
