Boundless Horizons by Renee, LLC Cancellation Policy

If you elect to cancel your booking for any reason, you must notify us via email and the request will become effective on the date received by Boundless Horizons by Renee, LLC.

Should you need to cancel your booking, return of your payment will be made in accordance with the table below.

Deposit is non-refundable for any reason

If canceling at least 91 days in advance of the departure date, you will receive a full refund (minus deposit) and excluding the nonrefundable fee credit card companies impose.

Cancelling between 90-60 days prior to departure entitles you to a 50 percent refund.

Canceling 60 days or less prior to departure is not eligible for a refund.

If you make a booking for two or more travelers, it is possible for one or more travelers on that booking to cancel while allowing the remaining traveler(s) to continue. If such a change requires any double occupancy rooms or cabin to be converted to single occupancy, the remaining traveler(s) are responsible for any applicable single occupancy rates, which will be added to their balance due. In some cases, it may be possible for a new traveler to be added to a booking replacing another traveler.
