Anzcro Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be in writing and comply with any form, timing or other requirements stipulated by ANZCRO and the

relevant Supplier. The following cancellation charges will apply as a minimum. Any additional cancellation charges imposed by the

applicable Supplier (including airline and ground operator charges) will also apply and be payable by you:

Cancellation after confirmation of booking:

Deposit is forfeited

Cancellation between 30-15 days prior to the Product departure/ commencement date:

Cancellation charge = 50% of the aggregate price of all cancelled Products

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the Product departure/ commencement date:

Cancellation charge = 100% of the aggregate price of all cancelled Products.
