AMT Tours – General Terms & Conditions for Israel Pilgrimages

Registration & Payments

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and the required deposit. Pricing, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines are specified for each individual tour and are subject to the conditions outlined in the tour registration materials.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by tour and will be disclosed at the time of registration.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to AMT Tours. Refunds, if any, will be issued in accordance with the cancellation schedule applicable to the specific tour. No refunds will be provided for unused services, including missed flights, transfers, hotels, meals, sightseeing, or early departure from the tour.

Travel Protection

🛡️ Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance should include coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, and travel delays. AMT Tours is not responsible for financial losses resulting from cancellations, illness, injury, airline disruptions, governmental actions, acts of war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

Passport & Entry Requirements

📘 Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport and any required travel documents.

Passport validity requirements are subject to change and are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Failure to obtain proper travel documentation shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Health & Mobility

🚶 Israel pilgrimages often involve extensive walking, uneven terrain, stairs, historic sites, and varying weather conditions.

Participants should be in sufficient physical condition to fully participate in the itinerary. Travelers requiring special accommodations should notify AMT Tours in advance. AMT Tours reserves the right to decline participation if a traveler's condition may adversely affect the safety or enjoyment of the group.

Itinerary Changes

AMT Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, sightseeing schedules, or tour services when necessary due to weather, road conditions, supplier availability, government regulations, security concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.

Substitutions of comparable quality and value may be made without liability.

Airline & Transportation Services

✈️ Airlines, motor coach companies, hotels, cruise operators, and other service providers are independent contractors and are not owned or operated by AMT Tours.

AMT Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage loss, strikes, mechanical failures, or service interruptions provided by third-party suppliers.

Safety & Security

Israel is a dynamic destination where security conditions can change rapidly.

AMT Tours continuously monitors conditions and works with local partners to provide a safe and meaningful pilgrimage experience. However, travelers acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks, including political instability, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, and other unforeseeable events.

By participating in the tour, travelers voluntarily assume these risks.

Force Majeure

AMT Tours shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations when such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God

Natural disasters

Weather events

War or military conflict

Terrorism

Civil unrest

Epidemics or pandemics

Government restrictions

Border closures

Airline disruptions

Labor strikes

In such circumstances, AMT Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel portions of the tour as necessary.

Responsibility

AMT Tours acts solely as an intermediary between tour participants and the various suppliers providing transportation, accommodations, meals, guides, and sightseeing services.

AMT Tours shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, accident, theft, or expense incurred by any person arising from any act or omission of any supplier or from any event beyond its control.

Photography & Marketing Release

📸 During the pilgrimage, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.

Unless otherwise notified in writing prior to departure, participants grant AMT Tours permission to use such images without compensation.

Tour Participation

AMT Tours reserves the right to decline or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of other travelers.

No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.

Acceptance of Terms

Submission of a registration form and payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledgment of the inherent risks associated with international pilgrimage travel.
