Group/Charter Terms and Conditions

This sailing is a bundled cruise and special event package organized by High Seas Cruise Co. (“HSCC”) in partnership with Margaritaville at Sea (“MVAS”). The total price includes cruise accommodations and access to exclusive hosted programming.
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of all terms below.
Bundled Package Structure
This reservation is sold as a single bundled package price. Cruise fare and hosted event access are not separately priced or refundable. By submitting payment, you authorize High Seas Cruise Co. to charge your selected payment method for the full agreed amount.
All deposits are non-refundable.
No cancellations are permitted.
No name changes are permitted.
Cruise Ticket Contract
Guests sailing aboard Margaritaville at Sea agree to the legally binding Cruise Ticket Contract, in addition to additional policies such as the Guest Conduct Policy, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
The Cruise Ticket Contract governs passenger rights and responsibilities, limitations of liability, dispute resolution provisions, itinerary modifications, fuel surcharge authority, boarding requirements, and conditions under which guests may be denied boarding or removed.

Required Travel Documentation
Passengers attempting to board vessels without proper travel documentation will be denied boarding and will not be offered or eligible for a refund, replacement cruise, or travel changes.
Guests are solely responsible for obtaining proper passports, visas, identification, and any required travel documentation.

Guest Conduct Policy
The Guest Conduct Policy establishes required behavioral standards for all passengers. Disruptive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in denied boarding or removal from the vessel without refund.

Onboard Charges
For your convenience, gratuities* of $22.00 per person, per night for staterooms and $25.00 per person, per night for Suites (as of February 1, 2025) are automatically added to your stateroom account during your voyage.
Any gratuities and/or service fees paid by Guest are the property of the Carrier and shall be used by the Carrier in any manner or method and for any purpose that the Carrier deems fit in its sole discretion.
Fuel Supplements may also be added to your stateroom account based on the current fuel rates as per the Cruise Ticket Contract.
As of June 1, 2024:
• $15 per person, per night for guests sailing aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise
• $0 per person, per night for guests aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Islander
These amounts are determined solely by Margaritaville at Sea and are subject to change in accordance with the Cruise Ticket Contract.
Special Event Programming
This sailing includes exclusive events produced by HSCC. Programming, speakers, entertainers, venues, and schedules are subject to change due to operational needs, safety considerations, travel delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Event spaces may have limited capacity and may operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to the sailing includes eligibility to attend hosted events but does not guarantee entry into any specific session, activity, meet-and-greet, or appearance.
Failure to attend or inability to access a specific event does not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or compensation.
HSCC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to or remove any guest from private events for disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or intoxicated behavior. Removal does not entitle the guest to a refund.
Minimum Cabin Requirement
A minimum of 75 cabins must be booked for hosted programming to proceed. If the minimum threshold is not met, HSCC reserves the right to cancel the hosted event sailing. In such case, refunds will be issued consistent with applicable agreements at that time.
Media Release
By attending this sailing, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during cruise and event activities. HSCC may use such media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Florida. Guests waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding.
Chargebacks
By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services rendered in accordance with these Terms. Improper chargebacks may result in collection activity, recovery of fees, and permanent exclusion from future bookings.
Acceptance
Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and all referenced cruise line policies.
