Daytrip Terms and Conditions

1) Each passenger is allowed 1 piece of checked luggage (up to 29 x 21 x 11 inches) and one piece of carry-on luggage. You can add extra luggage to be provided with a larger vehicle for a fee.

2) We offer 4 categories of vehicles: sedans (comparable in size to a Volkswagen Passat) for up to 3 passengers, compact MPVs (comparable in size to a Volkswagen Touran) for up to 4 passengers, vans (comparable in size to a Volkswagen Transporter) for up to 7 passengers, and shuttles (comparable in size to a Volkswagen Transporter) for up to 10 passengers. Bigger groups are provided a combination of the above.

3) Payment will be taken in EUR. It's €413. Your bank may use a different exchange rate.

4) If you selected cash payment, you can still prepay online by credit card up to 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, pay in cash to your driver. Payment by credit card with your driver is not possible.

5) Your driver will meet you in the lobby, outside the building, at the arrivals hall or at the designated pick-up point. 6) Your driver will drop you off at the requested address, or as close to that address as vehicles are allowed.

7) You are responsible for the pick-up/drop-off address being within the booked city of origin/destination. If this information does not align, you may incur additional fees for any extra driving time.

8) All our drivers have the responsibility to drive safely and have a zero-tolerance policy for the use of alcohol or drugs. More information about Zero tolerance policy of drugs and alcohol can be found at mydaytrip.com/zero- tolerance-policy

9) You selected the policy “Standard”, meaning if you cancel at least 24 hours before your trip, the amount you paid will be refunded in full. Cancellation after 24 hours before your trip won’t be refunded.
