TPI Service Fee Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Grounded Wanderers Retreat requires a retreat registration fee per family. This fee is separate from the cruise fare and any travel-related costs associated with the sailing.

The retreat registration fee covers planning, coordination, educational materials, community programming, and other resources designed to enhance the Grounded Wanderers experience for participating families.

This fee is non-refundable once paid. Because retreat planning, materials, and group coordination begin immediately upon registration, the fee cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, change of travel plans, or withdrawal from the retreat for any reason.

Payment of the retreat registration fee confirms your family’s participation in the Grounded Wanderers retreat experience and allows access to group resources, planning updates, and retreat-specific materials leading up to the sailing.

Please note that cruise fare, deposits, final payments, cancellation policies, and travel insurance are governed by the policies of the cruise line and your travel advisor, and are separate from the Grounded Wanderers retreat registration fee.
