Leave It To Mel Travel and its agents, in providing consultation, services, making reservations, and issuing airline tickets or any other documents relating to travel or transportation is acting solely in its capacity as agent for the airline, tour company, cruise line, ship, or other supplier used in this booking.

Leave It To Mel Travel, its agents, Byam Caravan Club International, Inc. (ACI), and any Affiliate Parties neither guarantee nor insure the services provided by any supplier used in this booking and shall assume no responsibility or liability for actions beyond their own control in connection with the services provided.

Leave It To Mel Travel, its agents, ACI, and any Affiliate Parties are not responsible, nor liable for, any act, error, omission, injury, cost, damages, and/or any consequences resulting therefrom, which arises out of the negligence (excluding gross negligence) neglect, default, or any other act or omission of any company, carrier, or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets have been issued. This includes, but is not limited to, the cruise, travel to and from the cruise port, and shore excursions while on the cruise whether organized by the individual, cruise line, ACI, or Affiliate parties. Each individual is responsible for any injuries, costs, or damages arising out of this booking, as if they booked the cruise, travel, shore excursions, or any other portion of this trip as a private party.”

Affiliate Parties include, but are not limited to, Region 12 Airstream club, the Greater Bay Area Airstream Club (GBAAC), the ACI's National Events Committee, and/or Jason and Andrea Grendahl (the "Hosts").

To be ever mindful of what we say or print with respect to the affect on others so as to avoid disharmony and ill feelings among club members and to dedicate ourselves to the work of cementing together the members of WBCCI in bonds of good fellowship and mutual understanding. To conduct ourselves in a manner to inspire others engaged in recreational vehicle travel to a full appreciation of the intent and meaning of this code. To maintain our camps in an orderly manner and leave them in the same way.
