• Private airport and in-destination transfers
• All additional transportation as outlined in the itinerary (e.g., trains, boats)
• Privately guided touring as outlined in your itinerary
• Daily breakfast
• Accommodations as listed
• All logistics coordination, reservations, and confirmations handled on your behalf
• Dedicated 24/7 support while traveling

• Any services or activities not specifically listed in the itinerary
• Personal expenses (e.g., laundry, minibar, spa treatments)
• Gratuities for guides, drivers, and service staff
• Local hotel taxes and rental car fees (where applicable, payable locally)
• International and domestic airfare (quoted separately, if requested)
• Travel and medical insurance (recommended; quote available upon request)
• Visa and passport fees (please confirm requirements prior to travel)

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm arrangements
• Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
