By submitting payment and/or confirming participation in this group sailing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• A deposit is required to secure space in the group and is subject to Celebrity Cruises’ group policies.
• Final payment deadlines are set by the cruise line and will be communicated in advance.
• Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation and applicable penalties.

• Group rates and amenities are based on availability and may be capacity controlled.
• Promotional offers may vary by stateroom category and booking date.
• Guests booked under group space may not be eligible for certain public promotions.

• All cancellations and changes are subject to Celebrity Cruises’ cancellation schedule.
• Penalties increase closer to sailing and may result in a total loss of funds.
• Name changes, stateroom changes, or category upgrades are subject to cruise line approval and fees.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events.
• Guests who decline travel insurance assume full financial responsibility for any losses due to cancellation, interruption, medical issues, or delays.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel documentation requirements, including valid government-issued ID or passport.
• Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denied boarding with no refund.

• Special needs, mobility requirements, and dietary requests must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• While requests are communicated to the cruise line, they cannot be guaranteed.

• Group activities, reflection sessions, and ministry programming are subject to change based on ship operations and availability.
• Participation in ministry activities is optional.

• Trustwell | A&T Travel Group acts solely as an agent for the cruise line and suppliers and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or changes made by third-party providers.
• The cruise line’s terms and conditions apply to all aspects of the voyage.

• This is a faith-based couples experience. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in alignment with the spirit of the ministry.
• The group leader reserves the right to remove participants from group activities for disruptive behavior without refund.

• By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
