⚓ VIRGIN VOYAGES – CIRCLE PROGRAM BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS + CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking your Virgin Voyages getaway through our Circle! Please review the terms and conditions below carefully. These policies apply to all guests reserving a cabin through our hosted Circle Program.

1. Group Booking Program (Circle):Your cabin has been reserved as part of a hosted group sailing, referred to as a “Circle” through Virgin Voyages.Circle reservations may include added perks and exclusive pricing not available to the general public.Pricing and perks are valid at the time of booking and subject to availability. All fares are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Schedule:A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your cabin.Final payment is due 120 days prior to sailing. If your booking is made within 120 days, full payment is due at the time of reservation.Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
3. Name Changes & Guest Modifications:Name changes are allowed up to 48 hours before sailing, but Virgin Voyages must approve all changes.Certain changes may incur fees or require rebooking at prevailing rates.
4. Travel Documents:Valid passports are required for all sailings. It is your responsibility to ensure proper documentation for international travel.
5. Travel Insurance:We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made outside the Virgin Voyages refund window.
