Walt Disney World Vacation Packages

Vacation packages are a minimum of resort and tickets combined together for one deposit, more components may be added to the package as desired.

Deposit and Payment Procedures

• For reservations made 31 days or more prior to guest arrival, a deposit of $200 per reservation will be due, with full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations made 30 days or less prior to guest arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation and Refunds

• For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to guest arrival, amounts paid, minus non-refundable travel protection plan costs, will be refunded.
• For cancellations made 2 days to 29 days prior to guest arrival, amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $200.00 per package and any other non-refundable components, will be refunded.
• For cancellations made 1 day or less prior to guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package is non-refundable.

Disney shall have the right to cancel any ticket or tickets or any feature or features of any ticket or tickets at any time and for any reason and provide a refund. Tickets are nonrefundable unless cancelled by Disney. If Disney cancels a ticket due to misconduct of the holder, no refund shall be due.

Walt Disney World Resort Only Reservation

Deposit: The amount equal to the full price of the room for one night per reservation must be applied to the reservation at time of booking.

Balance: The remaining balance is due upon check in at the resort.

Cancellation: To receive a full refund of deposit, cancellations must be processed at least 8 days prior to the guest's arrival date.
