Windstar Cruises Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: 

• Group Rates and Group Discounts are based on Non-Promotional Prevailing Published Fares.
• Minimum Group Commitment of 5 cabins or 10 guests
• Pricing is provided in US Dollars
• No allotment of cabins will be held; all space is subject to availability at the time of booking creation.
• Once a group has been established on a date, the group rate is guaranteed based on availability for the first 35 cabins booked prior to 4 months before departure; the rate may be withdrawn or changed after that date.
• Star Advantage Group Bonus Commission can only be added once the group has earned a Tour Conductor credit.
• Other promotions & pricing which may be offered (except One Week Sales, Flash, Select Agent Fares, NET fares, Interline rates, TA rates) are combinable with Tour Conductor Credits and cocktail parties but no other group amenities.
• Group Discounts and Amenities are not combinable with Onboard Cruise Consultant discount, YCM Loyalty discount, YCM Loyalty SBC, Back-to-Back, Welcome Home, Hosted Voyage Sailings promotions, or other discounted programs.
• Single Occupancy Bookings: Group discount applies to the base fare only and the single supplement is not discountable.
• YCM Loyalty Discount applies to categories where Group Rates are not available including Premium Suites.
• Group Rates apply to the Base Cruise Fare only; Cruise Tour or Air + Hotel Package Fares are subject to change.
• Cruise Tour or Air + Hotel packages are based on availability at the time of Booking Creation.
• Group Discount does not apply to Home City Air or pre/post packages.  These programs are available at standard rates.
• All terms and conditions stated on the Windstar website applies to all guest bookings in the Windstar Cruises Group Program.
