Mind My Travel Terms and Conditions

All payments made toward this trip are strictly non-refundable, including the initial $1,500 CAD per person deposit and all subsequent installment payments.

Once a booking has been confirmed, the traveller is responsible for making all payments according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

The payment schedule represents a commitment to the full trip cost and not simply a series of optional payments.

If a scheduled payment is not received by its due date, the traveller will be provided with a 3-calendar-day grace period to bring the account up to date. If payment remains outstanding after the grace period, the booking will be cancelled due to non-payment.

Cancellation due to non-payment does not release the traveller from their financial commitment to the trip and does not make any payments previously made refundable. All amounts paid toward the trip will be retained as a cancellation fee, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Where appropriate, Deena may, at her sole discretion, contact the traveller regarding an outstanding payment before cancellation. Any such communication is a courtesy and does not change the payment due date or extend the grace period unless expressly confirmed in writing.

If a traveller is unable to travel due to illness, emergency, change in circumstances or any other reason, reimbursement is the responsibility of the traveller's travel insurance provider, subject to the terms, conditions and coverage of their policy. The inability or decision not to travel does not create an entitlement to a refund.

By booking this trip, the traveller acknowledges and agrees that the trip is non-refundable, that payments are required according to the established payment schedule, and that failure to make a payment may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
