Guests are welcome to make payments above the scheduled amount or pay their balance in full at any time.
Failure to make payments by scheduled due dates may result in cancellation of reservation and applicable penalties.
Roommate Policy
Guests selecting Double Occupancy are responsible for coordinating roommate arrangements prior to booking.
If a roommate cancels for any reason and a replacement roommate cannot be secured, the remaining traveling guest will be responsible for any applicable single occupancy supplement.
We strongly encourage roommates to discuss financial responsibility and contingency plans prior to confirming their reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Due to supplier contractual obligations and the limited nature of this curated group experience, cancellation penalties apply.
The initial deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
After deposit, cancellations are subject to the following schedule based on the total tour price per person:
55 days or more prior to arrival
10% cancellation fee of total tour price
54–26 days prior to arrival
25% cancellation fee of total tour price
25–20 days prior to arrival
50% cancellation fee of total tour price
19–17 days prior to arrival
75% cancellation fee of total tour price
16 days or less prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee of total tour price (No Refund / No Show)
No refunds will be issued for missed tours, unused services, voluntary itinerary changes, late arrivals, or early departures once travel has commenced.
Refund Processing & Credit Card Fees
If a guest is eligible for a refund due to cancellation, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover non-recoverable merchant processing costs.
All refunds, when applicable, are subject to supplier cancellation penalties, processing timelines, and non-recoverable expenses.
Travel Protection
Zenbiz Travel strongly encourages all guests to purchase comprehensive travel protection, either through the tour operator or an independent third-party provider.
Travel protection may help safeguard your investment against unforeseen cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, interruptions, or baggage loss.
You never need travel insurance — until you need travel insurance.
Guests declining travel protection may be required to complete a travel protection waiver acknowledgment.
